Who are you? 

Well, in the most literal sense, Mara and Luna are my (Lindsay, the shop owner's) kids, so the store is named after them and the better world we are trying to build for the next generation. But more generally speaking, Maraluna is a small team of people in a small shop in Ohio just trying to do our part in creating a more circular economy for our planet and the people we share it with. 

Do you have a physical location? 

We sure do! We are located at 2316 Far Hills Avenue in Dayton, Ohio. You can see our address, phone number, and shop hours on the Contact page. 

Shipping

We ship all of our orders from our physical store in Ohio. Most orders go out same-day, but alas, we are human and sometimes we go to bed so some orders go out the next day. Shipping is free for all orders over $75.

Returns

Oh no! We are so sorry your order didn't work out for you. Feel free to email us at hello@shopmaraluna.com so we can make it right. 

Returns can be made for any reason within 30 days for store credit or exchange. Requests for return must be issued within 30 days of the original order. Any request issued after 30 days may be rejected. Returned items must be in new condition with tags. Sales are final on discounted or "sale" items. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@shopmaraluna.com. Once we receive your request, we will authorize the return and email shipping instructions to you.

When we have received your returned item(s), we will either issue you an e-gift card for the purchase amount or send the replacement item(s) (provided we have the inventory) within 1-2 business days. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. If an item has arrived damaged, we will send you a replacement item and will cover the cost of the return shipping if necessary.
