RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Returns can be made for any reason within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Requests for return must be issued within 30 days of the original order. Any request issued after 30 days may be rejected. Returned items must be in new condition with tags. Sales are final on discounted or "sale" items. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@shopmaraluna.com. Once we receive your request, we will authorize the return and email shipping instructions to you.

When we have received your returned item(s), we will either refund your credit card or send the replacement item(s) (provided we have the inventory) within 1-2 business days. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. If an item has arrived damaged, we will send you a replacement item and will cover the cost of the return shipping if necessary.
