"The print, the texture, the colors! I love everything abour this scarf!" - Lisa P.
This large scarf is hand block printed with a mud resist technique called Dabu. Dabu translates to "pressing". Where ever the resist is pressed, the dye doesn't go on it. Several steps of printing and dyeing brought us this mix of unique colors.
- hand block printed using carved wooden blocks
- hand dyed in natural dyes
- fabric: 25% silk, 75% cotton
- size: 34" x 78" - inches
- hand or machine wash on cold gentle cycle for the first few washes. Lay flat to dry. Iron if necessary.
